When I was in high school, I was a fashion disaster.
Bleached cut-off jean shorts.
White muscle shirt tank-tops.
Long hair, almost below my shoulders.
I was like an extra out of a bad 80s movie.
When I got to college, I got a little better.
Somebody told me that black was always in fashion. So I took that to heart.
In fact, I might have taken it a little too seriously.
